Drew Leediker is one of Bell & McCoy’s Inside Sales Managers. He is a graduate of University of Texas at Dallas with a major in History. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Drew was a custom integrator 8 years. He is known for being attentive, open-minded, and reliable.

Drew is from Dallas, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys anything that gets him out on the water and good speakers. Drew is married with a 3-year-old daughter and a one-eyed golden retriever.

Fun Fact: Drew has never lost a fight with a grizzly bear.

Vanessa Esquivel is part of the accounting team at Bell & McCoy. Vanessa began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She is a graduate of University of Houston- Downtown and getting her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Vanessa was mathematics tutor for middle school students and worked in that industry for a year. She is known for being driven, detail oriented, and patient.

Vanessa is from Houston, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, baking, and snowboarding. She has a dachshund mix named Scooby and loves watching sports, especially formula 1, baseball, and football.

Sarah Carter is part of the design and applications team at Bell & McCoy. Sarah began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from University of Central Oklahoma and Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Sarah worked in residential design. She is known for being friendly, funny, and playful.

Sarah is from Northwest Oklahoma City, OK. Outside of work, she loves to go swimming, play dominos and card games, and loves to cook dinner and sip wine with friends. She has a malamute named Leroy Brown.
