It’s hard to believe that we are halfway through 2021! After losing what feels like an eternity due to covid it feels really good to have some normalcy back in our lives. We had over 25 covid cases inside of Bell & McCoy and we are very grateful to have them all back at work & healthy. We are officially one year away from our 50th anniversary in business. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with and around the three founders of Bell & McCoy. Gene Bell, Buddy Binyon and especially Dan McCoy all played significant roles in setting us up for much of the success we are having today. We still use a saying around here from 1977, “while not at the place we want to be, we are headed there.”

The first Bell & McCoy BUZZ was published in the Spring of 1998 … before we had a website, email, or any of the cool marketing tools available today. The BUZZ was designed in Word and we printed 100’s of copies that were snail-mailed to customers and manufacturers. Everyone was buzzing about the BUZZ back then! We only did a few publications because our business was growing, and every spare moment was spent on sales and customer service. At the time we just had one business, Bell & McCoy, with offices in Houston and Dallas. How things have changed since then! We hope you enjoy the new and improved BUZZ, which will be published quarterly.
