Kunwerpertop Hundal (aka K-Top) is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended the University of North Texas and earned a Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, K-Top was a summer intern at Reece USA, Fortiline Waterworks, industrial plumbing division. Before that, he spent his summers as a Scout camp Counselor. K-Top is known for being outgoing, confident, and collaborative.

K-Top was born in Seattle, WA, but grew up in Lewisville, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys going to watch the Mariners when they come into town, watching F1 races, shooting and hanging out with his 2 cats, Teddy and Kitten.

Brian Neuendorf is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended Northwood University, majoring in Automotive Aftermarket Management/Business Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brian worked in chemical sales for 14 years. Brian is known for being caring, helpful, and honest.

Brian is from Missouri City, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, bowling, fishing, spending time with his kids, and fantasy football. He has 5 kids from 18 on down to twin 6-year-olds. They have 2 dogs; a boxer and a mixed husky/chocolate lab.

Fun fact: Brian played baseball in college and bowled his first league 300 in 2024. The Astros, Texans, and Golden Knights are my teams he follows.

Seth Humphries is part of the quotations team at Bell & McCoy. He is a graduate of NECA/IBEW NJATC Electrical School. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Seth worked in Electrical - 20 years (Electrician/Supply House). He is known for being loyal, funny, and friendly.

Seth is from Monroe, LA. Outside of work, he enjoys electrical work, hunting, and chasing his kids around. Seth is a happily married to his wife Alexa and they have 7 children; 3 girls and 4 boys.

Fun Fact: Seth is just as comfortable at an Edgar Allan Poe night at the local speakeasy as he is crowded into Tiger Stadium hollering it up…

Patrick Hartley is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, he worked for Lighting Partnership for 22 years in sales. Patrick is known as ambitious, direct, and hardworking.

Patrick is from Pell City, AL. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, spending time with his family on the lake or at a ballfield. He has been married for 22 years and have two children and one dog.

Fun fact: Patrick is not any good at golf, but has hit a hole in one. He does enjoy golf when he does get to play, however, most of his days are spent at ball fields with his children and their many sports.

Michael Guerrero is part of the quotations team at Bell & McCoy. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, BS Construction Science and Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Michael worked in general contracting for 4 years. Michael is known as friendly, confident, and competent.

Michael is from TX. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and driving. He and his HS sweetheart are going on a decade of being together.

Kevin Murphy is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He is a graduate of LSU in Accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kevin worked in the Lighting Rep business immediately following graduation and has stuck with it for over 40 years.

Kevin is a lifetime resident of La. Outside of work he enjoys golf, boating, grandkids, and is an active member of First New Testament church.

Fun fact: Kevin sold cars for 3/12 years while attending LSU, which is why he chose Sales over Accounting.

Tony Garnett is part of the project management team as a Project Executive for Bell & McCoy. He is a graduate of University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tony was in the commercial / residential integration industry for 25+ years. He is known to be driven, precise, and resilient .

Tony is from Lafayette, LA. Outside of work, he loves to be on the water with friends and family, but his true passion is cooking. He and his wife have 3 boys, 2 dogs & a cat.

Joel Gilmore is one of the system programmers for ProgramPro. Prior to joining the ProgramPro team, Joel worked in high-end home automation. He is known for being funny, real, and kind.

Joel is originally from Salem, Oregon. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and martial arts. Joel has 2 wonderful children, (boy and a girl) and they have goldendoodle name Nala.

Drew Leediker is one of Bell & McCoy’s Inside Sales Managers. He is a graduate of University of Texas at Dallas with a major in History. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Drew was a custom integrator 8 years. He is known for being attentive, open-minded, and reliable.

Drew is from Dallas, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys anything that gets him out on the water and good speakers. Drew is married with a 3-year-old daughter and a one-eyed golden retriever.

Vanessa Esquivel is part of the accounting team at Bell & McCoy. Vanessa began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She is a graduate of University of Houston- Downtown and getting her bachelor’s degree in accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Vanessa was mathematics tutor for middle school students and worked in that industry for a year. She is known for being driven, detail oriented, and patient.

Vanessa is from Houston, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, baking, and snowboarding. She has a dachshund mix named Scooby and loves watching sports, especially formula 1, baseball, and football.

Sarah Carter is part of the design and applications team at Bell & McCoy. Sarah began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from University of Central Oklahoma and Masters of Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Sarah worked in residential design. She is known for being friendly, funny, and playful.

Sarah is from Northwest Oklahoma City, OK. Outside of work, she loves to go swimming, play dominos and card games, and loves to cook dinner and sip wine with friends. She has a malamute named Leroy Brown.

Brady Jacobs is part of the accounting team at Bell & McCoy. Brady began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He attended Houston Baptist University - Bachelor of Arts in Christianity. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brady was a teacher for 3 years, a bartender for a year before that, and his first job was in youth ministry for 5 years. Brady is known to be loyal, intelligent, and kind.

Brady is from Pearland, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys video games, reading, D&D, watching sports, and supporting Houston’s fine arts programs. He can talk about just about anything forever, and he’s always happy to learn something new.

Fun fact: Brady is a big Taylor Swift fan now but grew up a hater until his junior year of college.

Matt Eddleman is our new Vice President of National Accounts at Bell & McCoy Companies. Matt brings more than 40 years of experience in the electrical industry to his role at Bell & McCoy. He began his career in sales as a manufacturer’s representative before moving into sales and later into regional management.

For the past 25 years, Matt has worked in electrical distribution, including 20 years in leadership roles at Border States Electric, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President of Construction.

Matt is married to his wife, Isabel. They have two daughters, two sons, and seven grandchildren. Outside of work, Matt enjoys flying light aircrafts, golfing, and fly fishing in the mountains.

Austin Fairchild is part of the quotations team at Bell & McCoy. He is a graduate of Texas A&M, Industrial Distribution. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Austin did a few internships in environmental engineering, and spent a whole summer at one of the leading electrical companies. He is known for his love of sports, being kind, and approachable.

Austin grew up in Houston, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with family & friends, and traveling.

Tami Beighey is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Tami began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tami was a part of the outdoor living world. She is known as being fun, motivated, and authentic.

Dan Nunez is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Dan began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He attended Western Wyoming College in Rock Springs Wyoming and Black Hills State College in Spearfish South Dakota with an emphasis in Business Administration. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Dan ran an agency in Albuquerque, New Mexico and worked there for 25 years. He worked in Electrical Distribution for 15 years before that. Dan is known to be tenacious, driven, and determined.

Dan is from Albuquerque, NM. Outside of work, he enjoys grandkids, golf, camping and hiking. He’s been married to his wife, Pixie, for 39 years and between the two of them, they have 6 kids and 16 grandkids.

Parker Page is part of the quotations team at Bell & McCoy. Parker began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He is a graduate of TAMU - BS in PSYCH ; Colorado State University - Masters in Healthcare Administration. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Parker was a part of the healthcare world and was a health tech for 7 years. He is known as engaging, thorough, and inquisitive.

Parker grew up in Plano, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys sand volleyball, pickleball, hiking, and playing guitar and piano. He loves to travel with friends and enjoy helping those in need. Parker is also trained and certified to be deployed for disaster relief efforts!

Jenn Jones is part of the outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Jenn began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University - Bachelor of Science, Interior Design / Facilities Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jenn practiced Interior Designer working on commercial projects spanning across all industries for 15 years. She is known as thoughtful, motivated, and encouraging.

Jenn grew up in the Air Force, so she is from a little bit of everywhere, but has lived in Oklahoma City for the past 15 years. Outside of work, she enjoys creating memories with her littles, traveling, is a foodie, doing yoga and fishing. She has two wonderful kids, Jentry and Jackson. Their two fur babies are Jimmy and Joe, a mini aussie and border collie.

Fun fact: Jenn loves to fly fish whether it be in the rivers of Colorado or the shores of Florida. The water is her happy place!

Aidan Sandoval is part of the inside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Adian worked with turf maintenance. He is known to be hardworking, determined, and sociable.

Aidan is from Lubbock, Tx. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and golfing. He has 3 mini schnauzers, very good at welding, and has 4 siblings: two older and two younger.

Fun fact: Aidan competed in robotics and welding at the state level. He won 2nd place for robotics. He was team caption for the welding team. He owns a very fun sports motorcycle and wants to get a dirt bike.

Brennen Matthews is the General Manager of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Georgia. Brennen began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He is a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee and Indiana University of PA with an MBA and a degree in Political Science. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brennen worked as an Army Intelligence Officer for 10 years and then made a career in the lighting world.

Brennen is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. Outside of work, you’ll find him participating in any University of Tennessee sports activity, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, cooking, or traveling internationally. He and his wife, Emily, are the owners of an off-leash dog park and bar in Marietta, GA called the Drafty Dane where they also enjoy spending their time at.

Fun fact: Brennen has visited 5-7 continents and lived on 3 of them and has visited 45 countries. He has also competed in over 100 triathlons including Ironman.

Ross Ruello is part of the project management team for Bell & McCoy. Ross began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He is a graduate of University of Georgia with a Bachelors in English and Creative Writing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Ross worked in pest control sales. He is known for being a Cat-Dad, loving the Georgia Bulldogs, and a movie buff.

Justin is born and raised in Forsyth, GA. Justin married his wife Catie in 2013, and they have two daughters, who are both barrel racers. Outside of work, he enjoys bird hunting, pretending to be a farmer on the weekends, and spending time with his family and their animals.

Deborah Vance is in the inside sales department of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Georgia. Deborah began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Deborah worked in the lighting industry and has now for 30 years!

Deborah is from Perry, GA and went to school in Macon. Outside of work, you’ll find her at the beach and anywhere there is water. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends.

Mindy Stacke is part of the outside sales team of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Georgia. Mindy began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She is a proud graduate of Young Harris College as a Communications major. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Mindy worked in customer service and as a regional sales manager.

Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Spencer worked in the electrical & lighting industry for 15+ years. Starting in electrical distribution and now specialize in lighting and controls for one of Georgia premier rep agencies.

Spencer is from Kennesaw, GA. Outside of work, Spencer is an avid golfer, love sports, nature (hiking/rock climbing), traveling & spending time with friends & family.

Mark Alexander is in the specification sales department for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Georgia. Mark began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Mark built a career in the lighting sales industry.

Mark was born in Hahira, GA, raised in Middle GA, and now lives in Woodstock, GA. Outside of work, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, golfing, boating, woodworking, and now playing with the grandkids!

Chris Walker is in the quotations department for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Georgia. Chris began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Chris worked for several distributors in the Atlanta lighting market.

Austin Spiers is part of the outside sales team of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Georgia. Austin began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He attended Kennesaw State University BBA with a major in Business Management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Austin pre-wired homes and installed/programmed AV systems and TVs, then started his career in lighting by working at his father’s company as a lighting and controls specialist.

Fun fact: Austin once took apart an entire flatscreen TV and replaced the LED strips and motherboard for fun…and it still works 4 years later!

Kalie began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2015, supporting our electrical distributor partners with everything from quotes and orders to product info and day-to-day questions. She wears a lot of hats and helps wherever she’s needed—but her top priority is making sure you get fast, friendly, and reliable support.

Suraj Damodaran works with our controls quotation team for Bell & McCoy Dallas. Suraj began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University majoring in Industrial Distribution. Prior to Suraj’s Bell & McCoy internship, he interned with electrical and industrial products servicing power quality and distribution and control in Portland, Oregon. He is known for being spontaneous, enthusiastic, and talkative.

Kristy Stepp is our Marketing Director for Bell & McCoy! She began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2024. Kristy is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown with a Master’s from Sam Houston State University. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kristy worked in education administration.

Kristy is originally from Biloxi, MS, but has had Texas roots for many years now. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two kids, watching football, shooting photography, and digital creation. She believes that every situation can be expressed in a song or movie quote, and life is never boring when she is around.

Fun fact: Kristy has 26 chickens that she loves to sit with and talk to. And yes, they answer most of the time!

Fabiola Zuniga is part of the accounting team at Bell & McCoy. Fabiola began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. She is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s of business administration in finance. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Fabiola was an accountant for a global fintech company specializing in digital and cash-based payment services. She is known for being kind, adventurous, and easygoing.

Fabiola is originally from Mexico. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing tennis, going to the theater/Opera, and ceramics. She has been married for three years and have a cat named Kermit.

Russ is originally from Plymouth, MA. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, golfing, and watching sports. He is married and they have two sons and three grandsons.

Jeff Jones is the General Manager of Bell & McCoy Arizona. Jeff began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jeff’s dad started him in the Rep industry 51 years ago. He was 7 years old and has been in it and around it since then. Jeff is known for being a driven individual.

Jeff is originally from Dodge City Kansas and moved to Phoenix in 1974. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, guns, fishing, surfing, paddleboarding, and still occasionally will hop on a skateboard for a quick spin through the neighborhood. He is married to his wife Shelley for 22 years, and they have 2 boxers and 2 cats.

Fun fact: Jeff grew up racing cars and still helps Bob with some of his classic car projects.

Bud Fleckenstein is part of the inside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Bud began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Bud was an electrical and lighting rep for 25 years.

Bud is originally from Kalamazoo, MI. Outside of work, he enjoys off-roading and photography.

Fun fact: Bell & McCoy purchased the last two companies Bud worked for so technically Bud has been part of the family for a lot longer!

Amy Pryor is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Amy began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Amy has worked in the electrical industry for 22 years. She is known as a happy, kind, and fun person.

Amy is originally from Illinois. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, spending time outside, and watching football. She has 7 amazing grandbabies, whom she loves watching grow up!

Fun fact: Amy is a huge football fan and always loves when it is football season.

Brianna Holifield is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Brianna began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2023 as an intern. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University majoring in engineering technologies of industrial distribution. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brianna had the amazing opportunity to create and manage the company’s internship program. She recruited, planned, and led the program each summer while working as sales support remotely during the school year. She also served on the board for the Houston Electric league while in school. Both experiences were huge blessings for her and really opened her eyes to the Bell & McCoy family and the industry. She knew she wanted to be a part of the family post-grad. She is known for being passionate, outgoing, and kind.

Brianna is originally from Deer Park, TX. Outside of work, her hobbies tend to rotate- her parents always said her hobby was “hobbies”. Over the years, she has picked up crochet, learned how to play a few instruments, sewn clothes, and tried plenty of DIY projects. The constant interest has been all things health. She loves pilates, running, cooking, and going on long walks with her dog.

Fun fact: Brianna has a goldendoodle named Bentley who moved to Arkansas with her.

Nathan Spencer is part of the controls engineering team at Bell & McCoy. Nathan began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a major in industrial distribution. He is known for his loyalty, cheerfulness, and being kind.

Nathan is from Sugar Land, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer, pickleball, and the guitar. He also has a dog named Cody.

Aubree Windsor is part of the quotations team at Bell & McCoy. Aubree began her career with Bell & McCoy in 2025. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Aubree worked at a sports store as an allocator. She is known for her love of fashion/arts and crafts/dogs.

Aubree is from Birmingham, AL. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, hanging out with friends and doing crafts at home. She is married and they have one dog. Aubree and her husband love to going to Atlanta to watch Braves games.

Fun fact: Aubree has 4 birthmarks; one is on her scalp turning her hair white.

Brandon Cote joins us as a Sales Manager and is originally from Dacula, GA. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, golf, and farming. Fun fact: I enjoy singing. I can play piano by ear. I love to lift weights. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Brandon spent the last 24 years working for Lighting Associates Inc in Georgia and learned just about every role in the agency business.

Today we celebrate not just the retirement of an extraordinary leader, but also the remarkable legacy of someone who has given over three decades of dedication, vision, and heart to this company.

Since joining our organization in 1993, Nancy has been a driving force behind our growth and success. From her earliest days in distribution and contracting to now leading as Chief Operating Officer, she has guided us through challenges, expanded our opportunities, and helped shape this company into the professional sales organization it is today.

What makes Nancy’s leadership unforgettable is not just the results achieved, but the way they were achieved—with integrity, collaboration, and a genuine care for people. She has been a mentor to many, a steady hand during times of change, and a constant reminder of what it means to lead by example.

As Nancy closes this chapter after more than 30 years of service, we know her influence will continue to echo in the culture and strength of this company. Though we will miss her wisdom and presence in the day-to-day, we celebrate a well-earned retirement filled with family, relaxation, and new adventures.

Brady Hancock joins us as controls engineering and is originally from Cypress, TX. In his free time, he enjoys working out, sports, and foodie! He loves trying new places and trying food from different cultures wherever he is. Fun fact: I might be related to the founding father John Hancock (though it is unlikely). Before joining Bell & McCoy, Brady graduated college and then went to work for Bell & McCoy and worked a previous internship in the same industry.

Kevin Gay joins us as outside sales and is originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In his free time, he enjoys working out, reading, fishing and BBQing. Fun fact: I am huge sports fan during the fall you will catch me watching OU football on Saturday’s… I bleed Crimson and Cream. I also have several fantasy football championships on my resume. Before joining Bell & McCoy, he began your career in distribution right out of college. He later made the transition into the rep world and have now been in the industry for over seven years.

Matthew Smith joins us as inside sales and is originally from Dallas, TX. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, going to concerts, making music. Fun fact: I’m the first American born person in my entire family tree. My parents are from Ireland and England. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Matthew was a project manager for a company called AMB event group, organizing team operations for major music festivals in the electronic dance music space, ranging from 25,000 attendees to over 500,000.

Katelyn Croyle joins us as project manager and is originally from Flatonia, TX. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, staying active through regular workouts, and spending quality time with her family. These activities help her stay balanced and energized both personally and professionally… Fun fact: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time at the beach—it’s my happy place. In my downtime, I love treating myself to self-care, especially getting my nails and lashes done—you’ll rarely see me without them! Before joining Bell & McCoy, Katelyn i have five years of experience in customer service, including three years as a customer service representative and two years in sales. She takes great pride in ensuring that those around me—both customers and colleagues—feel supported and valued. I also enjoy building strong, positive relationships with team members and clients alike.

Brittany Rogers joins us as inside sales and is originally from Forsyth, GA. In her free time, she enjoys watching her children in their sports (baseball/football and competitive cheer) and likes to exercise with any extra time I have. Fun fact: I started working part time in the Lighting Agency world out of high school and 22 years later, I am still here in the exact same job. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Brittany worked as a lighting agent for Don Blackburn & Associates, that was acquired by Smart Lighting, and is now Bell & McCoy.

David Haugen joins us as project executive and is originally from Kennesaw, GA. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing music and disc golf. Fun fact: I can play (I use that term loosely) a variety of instruments. Before joining Bell & McCoy, David assistant project manager at Inglett & Stubbs.

Micheal Lovett joins us as quotations and is originally from Forsyth GA. In his free time, he enjoys Hunting and Fishing. Fun fact: I have been married to my wife for 14 years. We have two kids Emersyn and Grady that keep us busy with sports year-round. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Michael worked for firestone complete auto care for ten years.

Nicole Graybill joins us as project manager and is originally from Atlanta, GA. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my family, reading, gardening, and being active. Fun fact: I am a really good dancer. Nicole has been in the lighting industry for 8 years since graduating college.

Trevor Rich joins us as outside sales and is originally from Loganville, Georgia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family on the golf course or outside running and reading. Fun fact: I competed in cross country in college and still enjoy running to this day. Favorite races is the Half Marathon distance. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Trevor had various roles at Acuity Brands, last 2 years in product management, 5 years in national accounts handling large lighting programs for major american retailers.

Vivian (Viv) Carey joins us as national account/project manager and is originally from Monrovia, Liberia, W. Africa. In her free time, she enjoy reading, travelling, and spending time with family. Fun fact: I am a mom to 2 wonderful adult children (T and Taty) and my dog Hemingway. She lived and went to school on the beach but can’t swim :) I grew up with multiple exotic pets. Before joining Bell & McCoy, Vivian worked in the health care industry prior to working in the lighting industry and started her lighting career working for a manufacturer 25 years ago and in the last 13 years has worked for lighting.

Dayzee Castro joins us as project manager and is originally from O’Donnell, Texas. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, keeping up with Formula One, and staying active and working out. Fun fact: I grew up in a small town in West Texas and have a golden doodle named Louis! Before joining Bell & McCoy, Dayzee worked as a court clerk for the justice of the peace while recovering from acl surgery after graduation and also worked in retail and law and litigation.

Jamie Wall is the General Manager of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls Houston. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution, Jamie began his career with Bell & McCoy in 2019, joining the Dallas office straight out of college. He completed the company’s training program and quickly moved into Specification Sales, where he built strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and manufacturer partners across the Dallas market.

A native of Cypress, Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Industrial Distribution, Jamie joined Bell & McCoy in 2019 through our Dallas office. He completed our training program and quickly transitioned into an outside sales role, where he built strong partnerships with distributors, contractors, and manufacturers across the Dallas market.

Over the past six years, Jamie has demonstrated strong leadership and an unwavering commitment to our team and customers. He and his wife, Sophie, are excited to return to the Houston area to begin this next chapter.

Drew Piller is a seasoned professional with 13 years of experience in the electrical business. Over the past 8 years, Drew has excelled in running national accounts, demonstrating a strong track record of success and leadership in the industry. A proud graduate of the University of Colorado, Drew combines academic knowledge with practical expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Originally from Los Angeles, Drew has embraced Denver as home for the last 13 years, bringing a unique blend of West Coast innovation and Rocky Mountain resilience to his work. Drew’s commitment to excellence and passion for the electrical business makes him a great asset to the Bell and Mccoy team.

Nash joins us in Quotations and is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana. He studied Business Management at Louisiana Tech University and brings a great sense of humor and energy to the team. Nash is always up for a game or sport, loves movies, and admittedly looks forward to meals more than he probably should. Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, he worked in distribution with Consolidated Electrical Distributors. And while the rumors aren’t true—he wasn’t raised by gorillas, doesn’t play the saxophone, and hasn’t graced the covers of romance novels—we’re still excited to have him aboard!

Richard joins us in Inside Sales and is originally from Odessa, Texas. A big fan of all things Longhorns, Richard also enjoys BBQing and is always up for trying out new recipes on the grill. Before joining Bell & McCoy, he worked in civil engineering and was ready for a new challenge—one we’re glad led him here. Welcome to the team, Richard!

Kyle joins us in Inside Sales and is originally from Austin, Texas—but he’s called Albuquerque home for most of his life. He has been married to his wife, Katie for 9 years and they have two children, Avery (8) and Nile(3). He also has two dogs, Albus and Weasley, and a new kitten named Cleo. He earned his AAS from the University of New Mexico and brings a creative side to the team with hobbies like drawing, drumming, and teaching kids how to skateboard. Fun fact: Kyle worked as both a tattoo artist and bartender while attending college! He comes to Bell & McCoy with several years of experience, including his recent role as a lighting and controls specialist at Graybar for the Albuquerque and El Paso markets. We’re thrilled to have him on board!

Carl joins us in Inside Sales and originally hails from Pittsburgh. He’s a big LSU Football fan and enjoys ocean cruising with family and friends. Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, Carl built valuable experience in the industry and now brings that knowledge and energy to our Baton Rouge office. We’re glad to have him aboard!

Jeremy is part of our Outside Sales team and is originally from Slidell, Louisiana. He enjoys spending time on the houseboat, fishing, and hanging out with family and friends. Jeremy brings valuable experience from his time working directly for a lighting manufacturer, along with several years in the electrical agency business. We’re excited to have him on board and part of the Bell & McCoy family!

Collin is originally from Houston, Texas and joins us as a Programmer. He studied kinesiology at the University of Kentucky and enjoys staying active—whether that’s going to the gym, playing sports, or hitting the hiking trails. A fun fact about Collin: he’s the youngest of four boys in his family! Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, Collin served in the U.S. Army. We’re excited to have him on board!

Joshua was born in Ohio but grew up in Lewisville, Texas. He enjoys cooking and traveling, and he’s got a creative side—he sometimes builds his own furniture! He also played soccer for 14 years.

Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, Joshua worked for E2I Solutions.

Kyle is originally from Kissimmee, Florida, and loves PC gaming, discovering new music, listening to podcasts, and helping his dad out on the family pig farm. A fun fact—he met his wife (and now the mother of his son) on TikTok back in 2018!

Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, Kyle worked as a technician for Tesla and Toyota, and before that, he spent four years operating and maintaining CNC machines.

Originally from Houston, Texas, Jacob attended Austin Community College and the University of Texas. He’s an outdoorsman at heart who enjoys horseback riding, roping, hunting, fly fishing, and golfing. A fun fact—he has his private pilot’s license and is actively involved in his church.

Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, Jacob worked as a superintendent for a general contractor in El Paso, managing industrial projects.

Jake is from Houston, Texas, and a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys woodworking, hitting the gym, and playing guitar. Fun fact—he married his middle school sweetheart! Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, Jake worked in IT staffing and solutions.

Originally from Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, Mark’s career in tech and lighting design began back in 1985. With a degree in Digital Electronics and Radio Broadcast Engineering from Brown Technical College in Minneapolis, Mark got his start as an Engineering Assistant in radio broadcasting before transitioning into A/V system design, CCTV, and eventually, lighting controls.

He’s been hands-on with Lutron lighting systems for years—working in roles that spanned sales, design, programming, and project management across the low-voltage and electrical contracting world. Mark recently returned to South Texas, excited to focus fully on Lutron once again.

Outside of work, he’s a tech geek at heart who loves competitive pool and music. He grew up on a rural farm before moving to the city, giving him a unique mix of small-town roots and big-city perspective.

Claudia is from Katy, Texas, and loves traveling, going to concerts, reading, and photography. She’s also a proud cat mom to Salem and Meowth. Prior to joining Bell & McCoy, she worked as a legal assistant at a law firm.

Jose is from New Orleans and loves all things basketball. He’s also passionate about traveling and exploring new places. Before joining ProgramPro, he worked in electrical construction and now brings that hands-on experience to the programming team.

Gaby is from El Paso and studied Interior Design at The Art Institute of Houston. She loves listening to music, dancing, and cheering on her favorite baseball teams—especially at the ballpark. Fun fact: Spanish is her first language! Before joining Bell & McCoy, she gained experience in the design and lighting world and is excited to be part of the team.

Chase is from Houston and enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending weekends on the lake with his family. He’s fresh out of high school and excited to kick off his career with Bell & McCoy, bringing energy and a strong work ethic to the team!

Originally from San Antonio, Travis earned a BFA in Design from Baylor University (Sic ’Em!) and an MFA in Architectural Lighting Design from Parsons School of Design. He’s been in the lighting industry for 20 years—6 as a lighting designer and 14 on the spec rep side.

Travis has a long list of hobbies (just ask his wife!) including outdoor activities, skiing, golf, cooking, camping, going to the symphony, playing piano, and plenty more he’s itching to try. He’s been happily married to his wife Shannon for 19 years, and they have two awesome kids in 7th and 4th grade.

Hudson is from Fort Worth, Texas, and has a passion for running. Before joining BMLC, he served as an infantryman in the U.S. Army, where he was stationed in Hawaii. Now, he’s bringing his discipline and dedication to the controls quotations team!

Originally from Connecticut, Cade lived there for 14 years before making his way to Texas. He earned his degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding, playing guitar and keyboard, and hitting the gym. Before joining BMLC, he built experience in the industry and is excited to be part of the team!

Originally from Helena, Alabama, Jeremy studied accounting at the University of Alabama. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and riding motorcycles. A seasoned traveler, he’s been to nine different countries and has more on his list. He’s also currently learning Spanish! In high school, he won a state championship in soccer for Helena High. Before joining BMLC, Jeremy gained valuable experience in the industry and is excited to be part of the team.

Matt has been part of the BMC family since November 2020. He’s happily married and a proud dad to his soon-to-be 3-year-old son. A big sports fan and avid golfer, he enjoys spending his free time on the course or cheering on his favorite teams.

David is from Lake Charles, Louisiana, and stays busy with fitness, Incrediball, and golf. His schedule mostly revolves around his three kids’ sports, and when he’s not cheering them on, he’s coaching youth sports himself. Fun fact—he keeps facial hair so he doesn’t look chubby! Before joining BMLC, David built experience in the industry and is excited to bring his energy to the team.

Originally from Queretaro, Mexico, Paulina earned her Master’s in Lighting Design from Aalborg University in Copenhagen, Denmark. She has a passion for carpentry and enjoys working on small wood projects, as well as spending time in her garden caring for her plants. A lover of wine and books, she’s happiest with a good read and a glass in hand.

Before joining BMLC, Paulina worked on independent lighting design projects in Mexico and as an application specialist for Rapid Lighting Layouts.

Shay is from Conway, Arkansas, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Central Arkansas. An avid outdoorsman, he loves hunting and fishing. Before joining BMLC, he built experience in the industry and is excited to bring his skills to the team!

Bryan is from Prattville, Alabama, and has been in the lighting industry since 1996, working in project quotations and sales with Lighting Partnership before joining BMLC. He loves being outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with family and friends. These days, his favorite pastime is spending time with his family, especially his 18-month-old granddaughter!

Amy is from Montgomery, Alabama, and originally started her studies in nursing. Her greatest passions are her faith and baking, which she does just as much as she works! She loves staying busy and spending time with people, especially her five grandbabies—four boys, Brooks, Banks (Chappy in Heaven), Charlie, and one precious girl, Mary Cameron.

Amy began her career at Mayer Electric, where she worked for 13.5 years, before spending nearly 24 years with Lighting Partnership. Now, she’s excited to bring her experience and dedication to BMLC!

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jennifer earned her Marketing and Accounting degrees from the University of Houston. She enjoys working out, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her kids. Fun fact—she passed all sections of the CPA exam on her first attempt! Before joining BMLC, she was a Senior Manager in audit for a public accounting firm. Also, she has a serious fear of birds… even chickens!

Erne hails from Bauta, Cuba, and studied Business Management at St. Thomas University. In his free time, he loves playing basketball and hanging out with his dogs, Mila and Tyson. He also has a rich athletic background, having played baseball both in college and professionally in the minor leagues. Before joining BMLC, Erne worked as a Territory Representative for Milwaukee Tool in South Florida.

Brandon is originally from Nacogdoches, Texas. A big fan of the outdoors and music, he loves golfing (his best round is a 78), hunting, and playing guitar with his church band—a skill he picked up while grounded in high school! He’s been married to Hallee for 21 years, and they have two teenage sons, Grayson (19) and Keaton (18), who keep him on his toes. Before joining BMLC, Brandon worked at Hossley Lighting.

Chris is originally from Fairfax, Virginia, and studied English at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He’s an avid golfer and enjoys target shooting—so much so that he was once invited to try out for the 1984 Olympics and spent time at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs as part of their Junior Program for 3 Position Smallbore Rifle. Before joining BMLC, Chris worked as an Outside Sales Rep for Synergy Sales Solutions.

Paul is originally from Easton, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. When he’s not working, you can find him snowboarding, hiking, traveling (he’s visited over ten countries!), or hitting the golf course. A couple of his big outdoor feats include summiting Mount Rainier and hiking an active volcano in Guatemala. Before joining BMLC, Paul spent time as a field engineer at Halliburton and then worked a decade at Lutron, programming systems and focusing on applications.

Born in Queens, New York, Shawn has lived all over—from San Diego and Amityville to Sunrise and now Spring Hill, Florida. He studied Liberal Arts at Suffolk Community College and loves nothing more than watching sports (he’s an avid fan of the NY Yankees, NY Knicks, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and, yes, the NY Jets), visiting Disney parks—especially Epcot—trying new restaurants, and traveling. In fact, he and his wife are hooked on all-inclusive resorts!

Shawn’s also a big fan of Irish whiskey, and he’s married with two grown kids and a five-year-old pit mix who keeps things fun at home. Before joining BMLC, he spent years at AccuformNMC, working his way up from Customer Service Representative to Inside Sales to Customer Service Manager. Now, he’s excited to bring his enthusiasm for service and solutions to the Tool & Safety team!

Marcos is an Austin, Texas native who studied Industrial Distribution at Texas A&M. In his free time, he loves fishing, playing video games, and experimenting with CAD 3D modeling. A fun fact about Marcos? He has a serious sneaker obsession—22 pairs of Jordans and counting! Before joining BMLC, Marcos worked in the home theater department at Best Buy.

Clare was born in Kansas but made her way to Texas as soon as she could—growing up in Houston, living in Dallas for 15 years, and now calling San Antonio home. She earned a Bachelor’s in Environmental Design (Architecture) from Texas A&M and later an MFA in Theatrical Lighting Design from the University of Oklahoma.

When she’s not busy at work, Clare loves anything that gets her outside—hiking, fishing, or just soaking in the scenery. She also plays pickleball, enjoys wood carving with her Dremel tool, and keeps potted flowers thriving year-round. Most importantly, she’s kept in line by her cat, Miss Abby!

Before joining BMLC, Clare served as a Quotations Officer for Vari-Lite, worked for a lighting dealer, and spent over 16 years teaching Theatrical Lighting Design and Production at the college level.

Laura is originally from Albertville, Alabama, and studied Business Management at The University of Alabama. She loves cooking, spending quality time with her four-year-old son, Banks, and running her side business creating custom stationery, invitations, and gift tags. A fun fact about Laura? She’s an identical twin! Before coming to BMLC, Laura worked in Inside Sales at Lighting Partnership.

Originally from Arkansas, Matt and his wife love visiting museums, art galleries, and places with unique architecture. He also enjoys gardening and spending time outdoors with friends and family. In his downtime, you can often find him watching classic TV shows like Columbo, Mannix, and Barnaby Jones.

With over 28 years in the electrical and lighting industry, Matt has worked with industrial controls, automation, and commercial project quotes—16 of those years spent at various electrical distributors and another 12 years in a local lighting rep’s quotations department. Now, he’s excited to bring his wealth of knowledge and passion for the field to Alabama Lighting.

Kelly is originally from Birmingham, Alabama, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Transportation from Auburn University. A big fan of spending time with family, attending Auburn sporting events, and getting out to the lake, Kelly also has a unique claim to fame—he hasn’t had anything to drink but water for nearly 30 years!

Before joining BMLC, Kelly spent 23 years in jewelry retail before moving into lighting nearly two decades ago, including nine years at Gewin Tucker & Associates and close to 11 years at Lighting Partnership. Now, he’s thrilled to bring his passion and experience to the Alabama Lighting team.

Nathan is from Drummonds, Tennessee, and has a passion for spending quality time with his wife and four kids, traveling, and fitting in a few rounds of golf whenever he can. A dedicated family man, he also has a strong history of service—he spent four years in the Army after high school. Growing up, he played soccer from the age of four, and that love of sports continues today. After his military service, Nathan joined Graybar, working on the distributor side and primarily calling on commercial contractors. Now, he’s excited to bring his experience and enthusiasm to the BMLC Memphis team!

Matt Clark joins our Kansas City outside sales team, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to Bell & McCoy. Originally from Destin, Florida, Matt graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf, hunting, working on trucks and Jeeps, and, most importantly, spending time with his family. A fun fact about Matt: he loves boiled peanuts and has never seen the movie The Godfather! Before joining Bell & McCoy, Matt worked in Kansas City selling Underfloor Air Distribution systems.
