Fun fact: Shannon has two pet turtles.

Sharon Agcaoili is part of our project management team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BSN. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Sharon has been in the electrical industry for many years, working in customer service, sales support, and estimating. She’s had the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats over the years, which has given her a pretty well-rounded understanding of the business. She is known for being reliable, driven, and resourceful.

Sharon was born in the Angeles City Philippines. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing at home. She also loves anything involving water—beaches, waterfalls, and rainy days. Sharon is a proud mom to her daughter, Alana, who is a huge part of her life. Family and close friendships are very important to her. She loves to travel, try good food, laugh, and enjoy life. She’s definitely a homebody at heart, but she also loves getting out and exploring—especially anywhere near the water!

Fun fact: Sharon’s favorite number is 7, and her birthday is 7/7! She has always thought that made the number a little extra special.

Randy Smith is the Territory Manager at Bell & McCoy Chattanooga. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Randy was hired out of college, but to pay his way through college, he worked at the YMCA, delivered food in the day and threw newspapers at night. He is known for being loyal, modest, and conscientious.

Randy is originally from Shreveport, LA. Now that his kids are almost out of college, he will be getting back into woodworking and hunting. Randy has been married to the love of his life, Susan, for 29 years and have 4 amazing children. Daughter, Alex, is a civil engineer, oldest son, Jake, is an electrician, middle son, Ben, is in marketing and youngest son, Luke, is double majoring in accounting and finance. They have 4 dogs and 1 cat.

Fun fact: Randy loves cooking for big family gatherings.

Channing Miller is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with a major in Psychology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Channing worked in freight logistics. She is known for being direct, creative, and caring.

Channing is originally from Texarkana, TX. Outside of work, Channing enjoys reading, watching movies, and painting/crafting. She is an only child, her favorite movie genre is horror, and she is a huge concert goer!

Fun fact: Channing is 27 and still has a baby tooth!

Bill Robinson is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Covenant College with a BA in Music. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Bill was a professional musician. He is known for being focused, charismatic, and funny.

Bill grew up in San Bernandino, CA, Huntsville, AL, Perry, GA, and Dubuque, IA, and resided in Chattanooga, TN for 15 years before moving to Atlanta, GA in 2019. Outside of work, Bill enjoys baseball. He toured the world as a musician for 20+ years and released several critically acclaimed records with multiple bands. He and his fiancé are very fond of their dog and two cats.

Fun fact: Bill plays guitar, bass, violin, mandolin and piano. He also sings and writes songs.

Michael Huynh is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from the University of Houston with a major in Economics. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Michael worked in E-commerce Operations. He is known for being calm, jovial, and productive.

Michael is originally from Houston, TX. Outside of work, Michael enjoys fishing, cooking, and coaching. He is married with two children and a dog.

Marlena Milum is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Communications, minor in Studio Art and Rio Salado College a Post-baccalaureate in Education. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Marlena worked at Graybar for 6 months; prior worked in hospitality and Food industry in outside sales. She is known for being resourceful, friendly, and honest.

Marlena is originally from Phoenix, AZ. Outside of work, Marlena enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, playing with her dog, art, and shopping. She likes to be in the great outdoors and going to the beach when possible. She loves art: making and creating, but also viewing it. She also has a 6 month old American black lab. Old to golf, but still an amateur

Troy Supanik is part of our design and applications team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Troy worked in lighting. He is known for being funny, loud, and kind.

Troy is originally from Waxahachie, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, video games, and building models.

Fun fact: Troy is a military brat that did not live in the US until he was 8.

Megan Perez works in Specification Sales for Dallas Lighting. She attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering. She began her career at Bell & McCoy and loves that she gets to help others and learn about new technology. She is married to her high school sweetheart and just welcomed their first addition to the family- a little boy. She is not a fan of flying but loves to travel and has a long list of places she wants to visits. She enjoys spending her time baking, reading, in photography, and with friends and family.

Cameron Nock is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Cameron was in logistics sales. He is known for being witty, outgoing, and loud.

Cameron is originally from Stuttgart AR. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing with friends. He has a 2-year-old little girl named Wrenley.

Fun fact: Cameron has a twin brother 3 minuets older than him.

Connor Allen is part of the program pro team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in finance. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Connor was a programmer for FSA Lighting. Prior to that, he was in sales. He is known for being charming, funny, and confident.

Connor is originally from Memphis, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, and gaming. He is married and a huge fan of the Tennessee Titans.

Patrick Garcia is part of the project management team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated in 2024 from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s degree in business management. Birds up! Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Patrick managed his family’s restaurant, Garcia’s, in San Antonio. He is known for being easy-going, enthusiastic, and motivated.

Patrick is originally from San Antonio, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys watching and playing sports with his friends, he loves to cook, either dinner for his family or a cookout with his buddies. He also loves collecting different sneakers. Patrick has a 6-year-old dog with heterochromia, a green eye and a blue eye!

Fun fact: Patrick has met Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias 5 times!

Kyle Jones is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kyle worked in plumbing and flooring. He is known for being loyal, empathetic, and kind.

Kyle is originally from Minnesota. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, photography, cooking, and traveling. He has a 6-year-old Boston Terrier.

Fun fact: Kyle can’t smile without showing his teeth.

Brent Hester is the General Manager for Bell & McCoy Nashville location. He graduated from Nashville State Tech with a major in computer technology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brent was a lighting and controls sales representative. He is known for being decisive, loyal, and caring.

Brent is originally from Mckenzie, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and hobby farming. The best part of him and his biggest supporter in faith, love, and life is his wonderful wife, Julie. He also has a 16 year old son Landry that is his best bud and hunting partner.

Fun fact: Brent enjoys the peaceful mornings in a duck blind or deer stand.

Jonathan Miller is the General Manager for Bell & McCoy Knoxville/Chattanooga location. He graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, Sport Management and Business Administration. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jonathan worked as a lighting agent since he graduated from college. He spent 22 years with FSA Lighting. He is known for being smart, passionate, and witty.

Jonathan is originally from Knoxville, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys playing drums/bass guitar at my church, spending time with family/friends on their farm, and enjoying a fine cigar. His wife’s name is Morgan, their kids are Nolan, Julianne, Carson and Holden. They also have a goldendoodle named Gracie Lou.

Fun fact: Jonathan has visited all original twelve SEC football stadiums.

Steve Houser is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Steve worked in Outside sales for Graybar Electric. He is known for being kind, loyal, and funny.

Steve is originally from Knoxville, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys clay shooting and racing. He’s been married to his wife, Cheryl, since 1998, and they have a lovely daughter named Gracie.

Fun fact: Steve used to race super late model cars.

Andy Ferrell is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Ole Miss with a major in Marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Andy worked in Electrical Distribution / Ortho Med Sales. He is known for being nice, fun, and happy.

Andy is originally from Louisville, KY. Outside of work, he enjoys being outside.

Angela Kirby is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from Nashville State Community College with a major in Small Business. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Angela worked in lighting. She is known for being supportive, determined, and caring.

Angela is originally from Fairview, TN. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and crafting. She is married to her husband, Jeremy, for almost 25 years. They have a puppy named Comet.

Jill Yaracs is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from the University of Memphis with a BS Mechanical Engineering and from Brenau University with a BFA Interior Design. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jill worked in Lighting for 25 years - started in engineering product development. She is known for being dependable, adventurous, and detailed.

Jill is originally from Pennsylvania. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, fitness, and reading.

Trever Green is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Cal State Channel Islands with a majoring in Business. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Trever worked in wine sales. He is known for being dependable, honest, and funny.

Trever is originally from California. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and being a dog dad.

Fun fact: Trever is an amateur poker player.

Zac Tubville is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a major in Finance. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Zac worked in electrical distribution before transitioning to FSA Lighting. I held the title of Lighting Controls Specialist at FSA Lighting for 4 years. He is known for being personable, adaptable, and solution-oriented.

Zac is originally from Columbia, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and sporting events. He is a big sports fan. His favorite teams are the UT Vols, Tennessee Titans, and Nashville Predators. He attends as many games as possible.

Fun fact: Zac had the privilege of walking 18 holes inside the ropes with “The King” himself, Arnold Palmer, for an inaugural round of golf at a course he designed.

Chris Mimms is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.A. in History. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Chris has almost 20 years of experience, straight out of college, as a lighting manufacturers’ rep. He is known for being trustworthy, driven, and diligent.

Chris is originally from Nashville, TN. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being active with the church, and he is an avid sports fan, and particularly enjoy supporting University of Tennessee athletics. Chris is married with 3 daughters.

Fun fact: Chris’s family has been involved in the electrical industry in Nashville for almost 100 years.

AJ Moore is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a major in Bio Engineering. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, AJ worked in Hospitality, Beverage Director, Advanced Sommelier. He is known for being knowledgeable, reliable, and fun.

AJ is originally from Melbourne, FL. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, traveling, food and beverage. He has a daughter named Ella, Dog (Westie) named Gigi, Wife Lauren is an Interior Designer in Nashville.

Katie is originally from Tuscaloosa, AL. Outside of work, she enjoys woodworking, Datie’s Club (being an aunt to 9 nieces & nephews!), teaching and mentoring. Her favorite thing about herself is getting to be an aunt to 9 of the world’s best nieces and nephews. She also has two english labradors, Lily & Delta.

Fun fact: Katie’s love for dogs and horse-back riding started at age 4, when she lost her hearing. She gained it back within a year, along with a fresh sense of humor.

Tracy Wilkes is part of our project management team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tracy worked as a Project Manager, FSA Lighting before that Training Manager for a nationwide call center. She is known for being efficient, analytical, and sincere.

Tracy is originally from Mississippi. Outside of work, she enjoys grandkids, jeep rides, nature and a firearms hobbyist. She has 2 kids, 4 grandkids, and 2 dogs.

Fun fact: Tracy worked in the country music business for 5 years.

Dan Markwell is part of our quotations team at Bell & McCoy. He attended Western Kentucky University, B.A. in Advertising w/ a minor in English. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tracy worked in lighting since 2008. He is known for being diligent, determined, and innovative.

Dan is originally from Central City, KY (Muhlenberg County). Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports (anything from Tennis to Bowling), gaming, enjoying the outdoors, going to concerts, and traveling. He’s been married since 2008 to Jessica (Jess); is an animal-lover (1 cat Mystique, 1 dog Zoey); and currently lives in Hendersonville, TN (suburb of Nashville).

Fun fact: William Shakespeare was born and died on Dan’s Birthday. He has seen well over 100 Rock N’ Roll Hall of Famers in concert.

Delaney Warren is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from Mississippi State University majoring in Interior Design. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Delaney was a Commercial Interior Designer. She is known for being authentic, proactive, and vibrant.

Delaney was born in Fort Worth, TX, but spent the majority of my life in Clinton, MS. Outside of work, she enjoys tent camping, hiking, playing games with my family, cheering on my girls at volleyball and tennis. Delaney and her husband just celebrated 21 years of marriage this year! They are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters (3rd grade, 9th grade) and have 1 dog named Odin, who is a Great Pyrenees. She enjoys cooking for loved ones, love a good wine and charcuterie plate and enjoy pouring her heart into her family and friends.

Fun fact: Delaney and her husband met in the 9th grade and started dating in the 11th grade - been together ever since!

Traci Ginn is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from Bowling Green State University majoring in Sport Management / Marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Traci worked at FSA Lighting Specification Rep, prior GE Lighting, Account Manager C&I. She is known for short-4’10.5", likable, and creative.

Traci is originally from Allentown, PA. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, learning pickleball and golf. She is married to Dwayne Ginn and they have 2-boys, Jacob Ginn, attending Indiana University in Optometry School, and Andy Ginn, attending Western Kentucky University for Finance.

Fun fact: Traci is a former gymnast and still can do a cartwheel.

Michael Walden is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Michael worked in the utility, manufacturing, and energy industries. His experience includes nine years with CoServ (utility) in GIS and business development roles, several years with a family-owned business serving customers such as Texas Instruments, and 15 years with Denbury (oil & gas) supporting Exploration, Lease Management, Pipeline, and Production Operations. He is known for being helpful, fun, and full of smiles.

Michael is originally from Plano, TX. Outside of work, he enjoys entertaining, cooking, brewing beer, hunting, running, mountain biking, and anything outdoors. Celebrated 25 years of marriage in 2026 to his lovely wife, Tracy. They have 3 kids, Bryn in the working world, Hannah a Junior at Allen HS involved in PALS, and Corbin a Freshman at Allen HS who loves football and e-biking. They are also dog people, so Finn is their energetic Weimaraner who accompanies Michael wherever he goes. Finn loves pheasant hunting!

Fun fact: In college, Michael was the lead singer of a rock band.

Cole McLarty is part of our inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a major in Agriculture Business. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Cole participated in different internships during the summer since he started college. He is known for being a hard worker, eager to learn, and a team player.

Cole is originally from Little Rock, AR. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He has a dog named Luna, she is a german shorthair pointer.

Taylor Guillott is part of our inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Taylor worked in residential engineering. She is known for being caring, ambitious, and an extrovert.

Alex is originally from Queretaro, Mexico. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and gaming. He is married and has a daughter, two cats, and a dog.

Fun fact: Alex likes to create songs for his daughter based on the daily situations they are living. That makes her smile and now she’s creating her songs too.

Chris Ormrod is part of our outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Oakland University. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Chis worked in the field of mechanics. He is known for being social, easy going, and creative.

Chris is originally from Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys golf. He has a 12 year-old daughter, Penelope.

Fun fact: Chris Played D1 Golf.

Joe Mulwa is part of the ProgramPro team. He received a diploma in accounting at the Vision Institute of Professionals in Nairobi, Kenya. Prior to joining the ProgramPro team, Joe worked as a Field Service Engineer at Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. for five years. He is known for being technical, analytical, and collaborative.

Joe is originally from Machakos, but grew up in Nairobi, Kenya’s capital. Outside of work, he is an avid soccer fan and a diehard supporter of Manchester United. Traveling is another passion of his, and he’s had the opportunity to visit 14 countries, experiencing diverse cultures and perspectives along the way. He is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters and his family is excitedly expecting another child. Family is at the heart of his life and shapes the values of commitment, empathy, and balance that he brings to both his personal and professional endeavors.

Fun fact: Joe speaks four languages, and English wasn’t one of the first two he learned. He also served six years in the U.S. military.

Tawnya Woodworth is a project manager at Bell & McCoy. She graduated from OSU-OKC with a major in nursing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tawnya worked in the medical field. She is known for being caring, organized, and a multi-tasker.

Tawnya is originally from Cashion, OK. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her boys play football, baseball and wrestle, hanging out at Lake Eufaula, fishing, golfing and going to OU sporting events. She has been married to her husband, John, for 20 years. They have 3 boys Grant, who is the oldest, and twins Gavin and Garet. They have 2 French Bulldogs Mack and Mylo. Tawnya and John teach Pre-K at church on Wednesday nights and volunteer for something with each of the boys’ sports.

Fun fact: Tawnya graduated high school as the Valedictorian of her class.

Tyler Youngblood is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Baton Rouge Community College majoring in construction management. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tyler worked as a project manager. He is known for being personable, social, and hard-working.

Tyler is originally from Louisiana. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, football, fishing, hunting, and socializing with friends and family. He is a big LSU fan, and his favorite time of year is the fall season when football is just starting to kick off - along with cooler temperatures, early morning tee times, and hunting season.

Fun fact: Tyler was an electrician for 2 years before college.

Jaidon Erivez is part of the inside sales at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Dallas Christian College where he studied Kinesiology and graduated with a business degree. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jaidon was a water safety coordinator for a water park and a personal trainer at crunch fitness. He is known for being hardworking, determined, and fearless.

Amanda is originally from Luling, LA. Outside of work, she enjoys coaching competitive cheerleading and spending time with family and friends. She has 3 daughters Arlie, Haylee, and Masyn.

Henry “Grey” Thiem is part of the controls engineering team at Bell & McCoy. He graduated from Florida State University with a B.A. in lighting design and technology and a B.S in information technology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Grey worked in production management. He is known for being creative, dedicated, and ambitious.

Grey grew up outside of Houston but moved to Florida as a teenager. Outside of work, he enjoys crafts, watching horror movies/collecting horror DVDs, and baking pies. He has a cat named Liesel.

Fun fact: In his spare time, Grey works as a Lighting Designer for theatrical productions.

Damon Reeves is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. He graduated from Mississippi State University majoring in Electrical Engineering. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Damon was in lighting and contractor sales. He is known for being handsome, charming, and modest.

Damon is originally from Lucedale, MS. Outside of work, he enjoys volunteering at church, BBQ, and not completing projects at my house. He has two children and a lovely wife.

Fun fact: Damon has met Bo and Luke Duke and once used the restroom next to David Allen Coe.

Jason Stufkosky is part of the outside sales team of Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. He graduated from CLU with a major in business. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jason worked in lighting and controls. He is known for being personable, ingenuitive, and adventurous.

Jason is originally from Southern California. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and surfing. He got his start in the electrical trade as an IBEW electrician where he graduated the five year apprenticeship. He started his own company in AZ where they did military, aviation, tribal and municipality work. He always had an interest in lighting design and sales so he took a role at a large local agency where he became a director. He has two boys in college, a sweet rescue dog, and an amazing wife. When he’s not working, he likes to find adventures locally and abroad. His family are big soccer and motorsport fans.

Fun fact: Jason is an avid surfer and have had the privilege of surfing many different breaks in different countries. Looking forward to adding more to his list!

Rania Moton is part of the engineering team for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. She graduated from Texas A&M University majoring in Industrial Distribution Engineering. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Rania was a dedicated student. She is known for being determined, consistent, and detail-oriented.

Rania is originally from Houston, TX. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family. She has an all-white turkish angora and his name is Benny.

Chris Castanon is part of the ProgramPro team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Chris worked as an electrician. He is known for being professional, dependable, and efficient.

Seth Pheasant is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended Arizona State University earning a bachelor’s in education. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Seth worked in lighting as a rep. He is known for being consistent, determined, and energetic.

Seth is originally from Wyoming. Outside of work, Seth enjoys golf, hunting, and hiking. He met his amazing wife in college and they have 3 kids.

Fun fact: Seth grew up on a massive Sheep Ranch.

Kimbrough Connell is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Kimbrough worked with industrial water and wastewater pumps for datacenters, semiconductor plants, and temporary infrastructure. He also worked in the lighting and electrical industry for 16 years, starting with an ED, rep firm, and lighting contractor. He is known for being outgoing, patient, and direct.

Kimbrough is originally from Albuquerque, NM. Outside of work, Kimbrough enjoys golf, coaching youth baseball, floating the river, and watching live country shows in the hill country of Texas. He is married to his wife Megan and they have 4 kids.

Fun fact: Kimbrough was once a stunt double for Nicholas Cage.

Caroline Waldrop is part of the project management team at Bell & McCoy. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) majoring in graphic design with a minor in Integration Systems. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Caroline worked in senior living. She is known for being creative, adventurous, and detail-oriented.

Caroline is originally from Birmingham, AL. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys gardening, travelling, embroidery, needlepointing, and spending time with friends and family. At her house, they have what her fiancé would call a zoo, with a dog named Ace and 3 cats, Cheeto, Ellie and Otis.

Audrey is originally from Frederick, CO. Outside of work, Audrey enjoys reading, yoga and pilates classes, and trying new restaurants. She has two cats: An orange Tabby, named Poncho and a black cat, named Gigi.

Josh Downing is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Josh was a commercial journeyman electrician/residential Master Electrician, Electrical/lighting sales He is known for being honest, funny, and trustworthy.

Josh is originally from Fayetteville, AR. Outside of work, Josh enjoys camping, canoeing, playing guitars and singing. As well as riding bicycles with his family and spending time around the farm. He has a lovely wife and 2 children, a boy and a girl. They also have a rescue dog named Maggie that chases them around our property and is as much a part of the family as everyone else.

Fun fact: Josh has an affinity for classic American cars and trucks, and he is currently restoring a classic pickup into a rat-rod.

Jason Lopez is a senior accountant for Bell & McCoy. He attended Arizona State University and graduated with a B.A. in Corporate Accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jason worked in the field of aviation. He is known for being funny, honest, and hardworking.

Jason is originally from Phoenix, AZ. Outside of work, Jason enjoys cooking, exercising, and reading. He is married to a 7th generation Houstonian and they have a dog.

Denny Young is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Denny spent 2 years working for electrical contractors, 12 total years in electrical distribution and 16 years on the electrical agency side. He is known for being honest, reliable, and knowledgeable.

Denny is originally from Michigan. Outside of work, Denny loves to be outside. He enjoys camping, fishing and hiking. He and his wife, Antoinette, have been blessed with eight children.

Outside of work, he is semi-pro poker player, recently finishing 8th place in a World Series of Poker Bracelet Event in Las Vegas; he’s also a chess enthusiast and a dedicated sports fan. Victoria Whitney is part of our designs and applications team for Bell & McCoy. She attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, majoring in interior design. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Victoria worked in Prior to joining Bell & Mccoy, Victoria worked as a Benefits Analyst and Appeals Coordinator for CCMSI. She also have experience in inteiror design, including freelance projects and two internships with Chrestia Staub + Board. She has even done something very similar current applications role during her time as an administrative assistant at ASCO window coverings. She is known for being pleasant, energetic, and unique.

Victoria is originally from Marrero, LA. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys singing, kalimba, flute, drawing, dancing, and coding or playing video games. She is a very creative person outside of work. She has two dogs, a husky and a rescue terrier/mut that keep things interesting.

Fun fact: Victoria is registered with the Louisiana State Board of Interior Designers as an Intern Interior Designer, and is an Allied member of ASID.

Bill McAfee is part of our specification sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Bill spent over 20 years in the lighting and lighting controls industry with a major rep agency serving Philadelphia and NYC. He is known for being thoughtful, adventurous, and inquisitive.

Bill is originally from Pottstown, PA. Outside of work, Bill enjoys cars, bowling, ice hockey, 3d printing, and homebrewing. Outside of work, he’s pretty simple and enjoys his hobbies and time with his family.

Fun fact: Bill learned how to ice skate and play ice hockey at the same time by joining a league at the age of 42. Humbling to say the least.

Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Jesse spent three years in Specification Sales. He currently serves as Vice President of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Oklahoma City Section. He is known for being outgoing, precise, and team-oriented.

Jesse was born in southern California but was raised in Oklahoma. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys the lake with family and friends, attending concerts, or going to football games. He is married with two wonderful children and a third on the way!

Fun fact: Jesse was a Defensive Back for the Oklahoma Sooners from 2013-2017 where was coached and mentored by legendary Coach Bob Stoops.

Andrew Weatherford is part of our specification sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended Baylor University earning a double major in International Business and Marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Andrew worked in outside sales for a lighting rep firm. With more than 25 years of experience, he has worked across the industrial lighting, outdoor decorative, and commercial lighting sectors at the manufacturing, distribution, and sales representative levels. He is known for being honest, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Andrew was born in Lakenheath, England, and raised in Live Oak, TX. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys golf, working on cars, and supporting his daughters as they competed in high school and collegiate swimming.

Krista is originally from Racine, WI. Outside of work, Krista enjoys baking, attending local farmers markets and vendor events, as well as spending time with her family. She has been married for almost 10 years and has 2 kids, 3 bonus kids, and 2 grandbabies.

Shelley Busby is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. She attended the University of Kentucky majoring in marketing. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Shelley worked in lighting; First job - Lithonia/Acuity Lighting; then rep since 2006. She is known for being bubbly, caring, and a hard worker.

Kai is originally from Western Massachusetts. Outside of work, Kai enjoys playing music, making art, and enjoying nature. She is the youngest of a large, loud family & lover of all animals she comes across.

Gail Tankersley is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. She started as an Art Major in college and realized she wanted to keep it a hobby and loved sales and people. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Gail has worked in the lighting industry for 30 years, with a break in the middle to raise our 2 incredible sons. Then back in the industry working for Next Generation Lighting the last 10 1/2 years. They say once you are in lighting you never leave. She is known for being positive, loyal, and personable.

Gail is originally from Ohio, raised in Michigan & Kentucky and settled in Georgia. Outside of work, Gail enjoys music, art, gardening, and reading. She loves spending time with her family and is blessed with the best husband there is. And, as they are soon to be empty nesters, they have their 3 little cats to keep them company.

Fun fact: Gail participated in “brag”, the Bicycle Ride Across GA. 350 miles in 7 days from Atlanta to Savannah.

Greg Ashford is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Greg was a lighting controls and shading systems designer/engineer. He is known for being meticulous, dedicated, and kind.

Greg is originally from Amarillo, TX. Outside of work, Greg enjoys playing guitar, grilling, and playing video games. He’s been married to his wife (Wynter) for 20 years. They have 2 kids (Austin and Ryley), 3 grand kids (Josh, Bentley, Kooper), and 1 dog (Harvey).

Fun fact: Greg won a stein holding contest at Octoberfest years ago, held it for over 9 minutes.

Douglas Hance is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended Mesa Community College. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Douglas worked in outside commercial lighting and controls sales throughout Southern Arizona bringing 24 years of experience with him. He is known for being loyal and relationship-focused with a results-driven mindset.

Douglas is originally from Missouri. Outside of work, Douglas enjoys offshore fishing, golfing, and traveling. He likes to stay active with golf, and enjoys traveling with his wife. Between that and their boxer puppies at home, life stays pretty full.

Fun fact: Douglas coaches high school varsity football, so he spends his evenings and weekends helping develop young athletes.

Juan Arratia is part of our engineer team for Bell & McCoy Integrated Solutions. He attended San Jacinto receiving an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Electrical Technology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Juan worked in lighting controls/lighting designer & engineer. He is known for being dependable, meticulous, and curious.

Juan is originally from Monterrey, Mexico and raised in Houston, TX. Outside of work, Juan enjoys listing to music and attending live music events, hunting, and fishing. He is family oriented. He and his wife have been married for 14yrs. They have a 7-year-old boy and a dog Luna who is a schnauzer. He loves to spend time cooking and especially grilling on the weekends.

Richard Morgan is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Richard worked in electrical contracting. He is known for being reliable, committed, and sometimes a jokester.

Richard is originally from Macon, GA. Outside of work, Richard enjoys golfing, boating, and spending time with his family. He is a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan and has been married 38 years with 2 sons and 4 grandkids.

Kaela is originally from Orange County, CA. Outside of work, Kaela enjoys hiking, pilates, cooking, and traveling. She enjoys staying active, exploring the outdoors, and trying new restaurants.

Lisa Donohew is part of our project management team for Bell & McCoy. She attended Western Nevada College majoring in Emergency Medical Services. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Lisa was 8+ years with Next Generation Lighting. Prior to that, she was a business owner in property preservation and light construction while also working in Kitchen & Bath design and sales. She is known for being loyal, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.

Lisa is originally from Northern Nevada. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time on the side-by-side exploring the trails of AZ and cooking. She is married to her amazing husband and best friend for 17 years. Their son has proudly served in the Air Force and is now serving in the Army. Megan Farmer is part of our quotations team for Bell & McCoy. She attended the University of Buffalo with B.A. in Sociology. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Megan worked in Lighting Quotations and Project Management. She is known for being dependable, loyal, and kind.

Megan is originally from Rochester, NY. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with friends, going to concerts, and baking. She is very family oriented and enjoys spending time with her husband.

Fun fact: Megan has 17 nieces and nephews that she loves to spoil!

Tim Duff is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. He attended the University of Georgia majoring speech communication. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Tim was Principal of a Lighting Rep Agency. He is known for being positive, knowledgeable, and loyal.

Tim is originally from Detroit, MI. Outside of work, Tim enjoys golf, music and traveling. He has been married for 4 years and has 2 children.

Fun fact: Tim and his wife attend ballroom dancing lessons.

Brandi Switalski is part of our sales team for Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Brandi worked in sales. She is known for being reliable, driven, and resourceful.

Brandi is originally from Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, Brandi riding motorcycles, pliates, and yoga. She is a mom of 4 and a grandmother of 2.

Fun fact: Brandi lives by the beach.

Grant Williams is part of our outside sales team for Bell & McCoy Lighting and Controls. He attended Kennesaw State with a major in accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Grant worked in the lighting field. He is known for being independent and focused.

Grant is originally from Atlanta, GA. Outside of work, Grant enjoys farming and he is a Christian.

Fun fact: Grant sells light bulbs!

Shane Kasner is part of our operations team for Bell & McCoy. He attended University of Houston - Downtown majoring in accounting. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Shane had an accounting internship, but most of working life was at Home Depot (both in store and warehouse work). He is known for being nerdy, persistent, and direct.

Shane is originally from California. Outside of work, Shane enjoys rock climbing, reading, and watching movies. His family has two Labs, two Portuguese Podengos, and two endangered/rare birds (a completely white Cockatiel and a Sun Conure).

Fun fact: Shane enjoys a lot of nerdy hobbies and media, and wished he had the time to try DND or going to a convention.
