In November 2023, Bell & McCoy merged with FRM Inc., who was established in 1969. The combined companies now have over 600 employees spanning 15 states across the US. The manufacturers that we represent are sold through distribution and we are focused on the commercial, residential, industrial, and utility markets.

Chris Castanon is part of the ProgramPro team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Chris worked as an electrician. He is known for being professional, dependable, and efficient.

Chris is originally from San Antonio, TX. Outside of work, Chris enjoys fishing, sports, DIY projects, and traveling. Chris is hardworking and focused on building a better future for his kids.

Fun fact: Chris enjoys hands-on work and figuring out how things operate.

Weston Webb is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Weston worked in furniture sales. He is known for being reliable, dedicated, and punctual.

Weston is originally from Stuttgart, AR. Outside of work, Weston enjoys hunting and fishing. He has three daughters and a beautiful wife.

Fun fact: Weston is addicted to live sporting events.

Drake Miller

Drake Miller is part of the inside sales team at Bell & McCoy. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Drake worked at Mcxp Solutions. He is known for being driven, energetic, and hardworking.

Drake is originally from Splendora, TX. Outside of work, Drake enjoys duck hunting, bass fishing tournaments, and golf. He also has a golden retriever.

Fun fact: Drake went to the high school B.A.S.S. nationals two years in a row.

Seth Pheasant

Seth Pheasant is part of the outside sales team at Bell & McCoy. He attended Arizona State University earning a bachelor’s in education. Prior to joining the Bell & McCoy team, Seth worked in lighting as a rep. He is known for being consistent, determined, and energetic.

Seth is originally from Wyoming. Outside of work, Seth enjoys golf, hunting, and hiking. He met his amazing wife in college and they have 3 kids.

Fun fact: Seth grew up on a massive Sheep Ranch.
